Our customer had a simple wish list and an incredible view.
A blank canvas on the side of this house provided our expert team of structural engineers, designers, and builders with quite the challenge. With nothing but a pool and an idea, our guys got right to work coming up with a beautiful and workable plan for this project.
A deck space above and below the pool, a patio cover over the deck, and access to the ground were the desire expressed by the homeowners, so our team went right to work and within a couple of weeks had a designed, drafted, and engineer-approved design.
We were met with many obstacles during this build from a random sprinkler line to 3 foot in diameter piers dug with an excavator. But in the end, our team was able to slowly piece together the puzzle that became one of our favorite decks of all time.
